Patrick O'Connor

As First Vice President at Duncan Williams Asset Management, Patrick’s primary responsibilities include working closely with individual inves­tors, retirement plan investment consulting, and individualized participant education services, as well as working with organizations in the non-profit sector in regards to their foundation and endowment investment policies and investment allocations. A native Memphian, Patrick received a degree in Advertising from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. Before his transition into the investment con­sulting business, Patrick worked as an account executive for a nationally-recognized advertising agency where he was responsible for helping clients, which ranged from national non-profits to professional sports teams, strategically develop and implement marketing campaigns with multi-million dollar budgets. Patrick currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Germantown Performing Arts Center and the Children’s Museum of Memphis. Patrick’s wife, Katy, works at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and they are members of Second Presbyterian Church. Patrick enjoys fishing, playing golf, and biking in his spare time, and he is always happy when he’s enjoying fellowship and a good meal with friends and family.
