Patrick T. Burnett

Board of Managers
Patrick has been a Company Board of Managers member since its founding in 2015. He is the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of Williams Holding Company and General Counsel and Vice President of Williams Properties, Inc. Patrick previously served as General Counsel and Senior Vice President for SouthState|DuncanWilliams Securities Corp. (formerly known as Duncan-Williams, Inc.). Prior to joining Duncan-Williams, Inc. in 2011, he was a Member with Glankler Brown, PLLC, a Memphis-based law firm specializing in business law, litigation, and real estate. Patrick was named "Best of the Bar" for In-House Counsel by the Memphis Business Journal in 2019 and is a past Memphis Business Journal Top 40 Under 40 honoree. He received a Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Mississippi. Patrick currently serves on the Board of Directors for Indie Memphis, which produces the Indie Memphis Film Festival. Each year the festival brings a range of independent features, documentaries, and short films to Memphis from all corners of the world. Patrick is a former board member and officer of the Memphis Botanic Garden Foundation and has previously served as Parish Chancellor and Vestry member of Grace-St. Luke's Episcopal Church, as well as a Trustee for Grace-St. Luke's Episcopal School.
