Introducing: FOR MEMPHIS: Good News from Memphis - Good News for Memphis

We’re excited to start the year by sharing something meaningful from one of our city’s greatest supporters.

Our friend Duncan Williams, Chairman of DWAM and now the new Chairman of the Greater Memphis Chamber, has started a weekly “For Memphis” email. His goal? To change the way we talk about our city, not with spin, but by celebrating real, everyday wins. Every Tuesday at 9:01 a.m., Duncan highlights good news from across Memphis and is honest about the challenges we face.

We love this simple idea: Celebrate what’s working, share the good with your people, and help tell a fuller story about Memphis. If you care about this city like we do, watch for Duncan’s “For Memphis” updates each week right here. When something makes you proud, pass it along for Memphis.

In case you missed it yesterday, here it is:

I love to see people on FIRE for Memphis. The good news is flowing!!

THANK YOU TO ALL WHO HAVE CREATED THEIR LIST AND SHARED WITH YOUR NETWORK.   FOR EVEYRONE ELSE, SNOW DAYS ARE OVER,  WE NEED YOU!!

Let’s keep this momentum going!

Make your list of 100+ and share, share, share!!  With every email, we are shaping the Memphis narrative.

We are not ignoring our challenges but moving forward and making change.

Duncan
